View as Markdown

The Conduit platform supports deployment via Docker containers for self-hosted and air-gapped environments.

Prerequisites

  • Docker 24.0+
  • Docker Compose 2.20+
  • 16 GB RAM minimum (32 GB recommended)
  • 100 GB disk space for data storage
  • Network access to container registry (or offline image transfer)

Quick start

1

Pull images

docker pull conductorai/conduit-api:latest
docker pull conductorai/conduit-search:latest
docker pull conductorai/conduit-workflow:latest
docker pull conductorai/conduit-web:latest
2

Configure environment

Create a .env file with your deployment configuration:

CONDUIT_LICENSE_KEY=your-license-key
CONDUIT_DATABASE_URL=postgresql://conduit:password@db:5432/conduit
CONDUIT_REDIS_URL=redis://redis:6379
CONDUIT_ENCRYPTION_KEY=your-256-bit-key
CONDUIT_LLM_PROVIDER=openai # or anthropic, local
3

Deploy

docker-compose up -d

Verify deployment health:

curl http://localhost:8080/v1/health

Air-gapped deployment

For environments without internet access:

  1. Export images on a connected machine:

    docker save conductorai/conduit-api:latest | gzip > conduit-api.tar.gz
  2. Transfer to the air-gapped environment via approved media

  3. Load images:

    docker load < conduit-api.tar.gz
